[Muffin Man - Evvieco 172]

Not really funny in any way, but I like the cartoon style of the comic. It could use a little bit more of a fleshing out, or some sort of story in general in order to have some sort of quality to it though.

Pretty epic submission here, I liked how the background wasn't that well detailed, since it helped to add to the epicness of the bear. Very cool

Very cool background like submission here. I like the bright colors of the character's eyes and mouth. And the octopus in the back is also very well detailed. I found the submission to be a little dark though, but that might just be my computer.

Pretty cool drawing I got to say, it reminds me back of the odd situation that if you ran, all of a sudden the gyrados would disappear, despite the fact that a bunch of other people were encountering it according to the story before hand. I like mish mash of yellow and red to be honest.

While I love the drawing here, I do have to say there's some anatomical errors in regards to his eye, which appears to be floating in mid-air beside his head. I don't know about you, but that probably doesn't make a whole lot of sense in terms of being normal, or human etc.

Well this submission isn't something spectacular by any means, what I can tell you though is that the coloring and the brightness of the submission was nice. The juxtaposiiton of the light background behind the more solid colors of the dragon was a nice addition as well as it really helped you notice the quality of the dragon. As for the dragon itself, it was done immaculately and if there's anything that might take away from the submission, it might be the lack of detail in the background, as opposed to the dragon itself. Nice work.

What I like about this submission first of all is the title and the fact that you can't tell very well what it's supposed to be. The second thing I really like about this submission is the color scheme of it and the fact that it stays consistant throughout. What I did not like was that for some reason you decided to make the background into stripes at the end, and I found that rather lazy, intentional or not. Overall, not a bad submission though .

A bit lackng

Compared to other submissions in the art portal I found this submission to be lacking. In the places where I would criticize artists, I found nothing to criticize here, but not because of the overwhelming quality, but because there was nothing there in the first place. For example, the background, a green circle? What's up with that? The character was also really average in general, I mean she looks good and all, but nothing really that would make you say "wow this is good". Meh, this is not something I enjoyed.

thats ok. i really wanted to do something simple and soft looking. i left the background plain because i didnt want to distract from the linework too much. i appreciate your opinion. thanks for the review!
